These factors include: How he or she finishes at the state meet 1-8, ranking among others all-season going in to the state meet, etc. The team includes just public high schools in Western North Carolina. WNCPrepTrack.com staff has corrected its best guess on who belongs on this team as well. Relays included with some members listed that coaches provided, no honorable mentions.
